We are looking for people of different ages and life situations to take part in interviews about money and the use of banking services in everyday life. We are interested in hearing from people with different backgrounds and life situations, including young adults who have recently moved out of their childhood home, people who have moved to Finland, busy middle-aged people, and retirees.

We are also looking for people with different attitudes towards money and managing their finances, from those who prefer to take a more relaxed approach to those who actively plan their finances and set financial goals. You do not need any special knowledge of banking or financial matters to participate.

The interviews will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams. You can participate using either a computer or a smartphone.

The interview will last approximately one hour. Before the interview, participants will also complete a short and easy 10-minute pre-task about how they use different services.

Language: You can participate in the interview in either Finnish or English.

There are plenty of interview times available throughout the day, from morning to evening. We will call the selected participants and arrange the final interview time individually.
